Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser with a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and at least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for translating our brand identity and purpose into physical store environments that inspire, invite, and resonate with our customers.

We use eco-friendly materials and ethical production practices, crafting each piece with intention and care in Bali. With stores in Bali and a global community, we are growing our physical presence and looking for someone to bring our essence to life through in-store experiences. This is a key role in maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic and ensuring every touchpoint in our stores reflects the heart of Indigo Luna.

  • Design and implement visual merchandising strategies across all Bali stores, aligning with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure in-store displays reflect the purpose and values of the brand.
  • Plan, execute, and regularly refresh Windows Calendar and Windows Implementation, in-store product layouts, mannequins, and key focal points.
  • Maintain budgets and be in direct contact with suppliers and be responsible forsourcing materials for windows, mannequins, hangers, furniture and anything relatedto the store operations.
  • Commercial awareness of stock display as its main purpose is always to contribute to sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to support product launches, promotions, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Train and guide store staff on visual standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor sell-through and customer interaction with displays, adjusting layout and flow to enhance conversion and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable merchandising practices.
  • Create harmonious store environments by curating not only visuals but also sensoryelements such as music, scent, and overall energy of the space.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics with an eye for composition, detail, and colour.
  • Deep understanding of retail storytelling and customer psychology.
  • You connect deeply with Indigo Luna’s purpose and have the sensitivity to translatevalues into physical environments.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials and environmentally friendly merchandising is a plus.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
  • Willing to travel between store locations to ensure consistency and quality of execution (inside and outside Bali)
  • Proficient in basic design tools such as Canva (or similar) to create visual briefs, mockups, and presentation decks.

Head of Marketing & Growth

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing & Growth to lead Indigo Luna’s marketing and growth functions across e-commerce and retail. This role involves setting the vision for Indigo Luna's marketing efforts while ensuring all brand, influencer, content, retail, and performance marketing initiatives are executed to a high standard — driving significant awareness, engagement, and sales.

With growing retail presence in Bali and an engaged global community, we're seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Growth to bring our essence to life through every garment, customer touchpoint, and brand experience.   • You will manage and develop a multidisciplinary team currently covering:
  • Marketing: Collaborations & Partnerships, Brand & Content, Graphic Design, Paid Media (via agency)
  • Growth: Online Growth and Offline Growth (including 3 Bali stores, 3 Store Team Leaders, and 1 Visual Merchandiser)

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly Marketing & Growth strategies, aligned withcompany revenue & growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team across brand, online growth, and offline growth.
  • Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each function (Brand, Online, Retail), and trackprogress regularly.
  • Prioritise high-ROI activities, ensuring effective use of resources and budget.
  • Maintain a strong balance between brand storytelling and commercial growth initiatives.

Team & Workflow Management

  • Oversee the smooth execution of campaigns across e-commerce, social media, retail, and physical activations — ensuring they are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
  • Provide strategic oversight for the Collaborations & Partnerships pillar (influencer marketing), ensuring strong ROI and effective systems.
  • Guide the Brand & Content pillar to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels (social media, campaigns, photoshoots).
  • Manage Graphic Design priorities, maintaining consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
  • Guide and manage the relationship with our Ads Agency, ensuring campaigns are well-optimised andaligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Empower Online Growth and Offline Growth leaders, giving them ownership while ensuring cross-channel alignment
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to provide constructive guidance, assess individual performance, and address challenges.
  • Actively participate in performance reviews for team members, delivering valuable feedback and setting clear goals for continuous improvement.
  • Play a key role in the hiring and growth processes, including identifying talent needs, conducting interviews, and making decisions on team structure.
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and results-driven team culture that aligns with Indigo Luna's vision and values.

Performance & Growth

  • Oversee performance tracking and reporting, consolidating insights from influencer campaigns, organic content, and paid media.
  • Drive e-commerce growth through funnel optimisation, CRM, SEO, email, paid performance, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Drive retail sales growth through in-store activations, promotions, visual merchandising, and customer experience improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, store sales, and conversion rates.
  • Use performance insights to guide decision-making and continuously improve results.

Campaign Planning & Optimization

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring all campaigns are executed effectively and align with the overarching brand strategy.
  • Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to continuously optimise campaigns, enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop campaigns specifically designed to support sales objectives and drive conversions.
  • Regularly conduct A/B testing to refine strategies for content, design, and targeting, ensuring good effectiveness.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure all marketing communications reflect Indigo Luna's mission, values, and aesthetic, guided by the Creative Director.
  • Protect and elevate brand positioning while balancing brand-building with sales-driving initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of industry and cultural trends relevant to our audience.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Take ownership of the Marketing & Growth budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation across brand, e-commerce, and retail channels.
  • Regularly assess resource allocation and adjust based on campaign performance and evolving business needs.
  • Allocate resources effectively between marketing initiatives and sales support activities.
  • Track and optimise marketing spend based on sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth budgetary processes.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Design, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure good alignment of launches, messaging, and priorities.
  • Ensure all marketing assets are well-prepared and aligned for new collections and campaigns.
  • Partner with Customer Experience to ensure feedback loops inform campaigns and retail activations.

  • Strategic & Hands-On: You possess the ability to envision the big picture while also rolling up your sleeves to ensure good execution.
  • Creative with Commercial Acumen: You have an appreciation for good storytelling coupled with an understanding of the numbers that drive business success.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Growth roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • A proven track record in successfully managing influencer campaigns, social media strategies, and brand content.
  • Experience managing agencies and freelancers.
  • Experience in e-commerce growth strategies (SEO, CRM, performance marketing, conversion optimisation).
  • Experience in retail growth strategies (store management, activations, visual merchandising).
  • A strong understanding of paid media strategies and analytics.
  • Prior experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry (preferably with a focus on sustainable or mission-led brands).
  • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
